This product is a custom metal component used in the railway transportation industry, manufactured from 40Cr material. As the part needs to be assembled into a sub-assembly and locked onto a mating component, high strength requirements are placed on the head section.

The manufacturing process combines cold forging and precision machining. The part is first cold forged and drilled, followed by secondary machining operations such as slot cutting and facing. It is then heat treated to achieve Property Class 10.9 strength and finished with blue-white zinc plating to ensure excellent mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and assembly stability.
